Southwest Airlines Class Action Lawsuit

Jim Hall & Associates, LLC is accepting new clients from across the country for the Southwest Airlines Class Action Lawsuit. Our firm was the first to file suit in the country for the customers and passengers whose Southwest Airlines flights were cancelled between December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 as a result of the nationwide cancellations by Southwest Airlines. We are seeking damages including refund of the ticket price as well as expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation such as hotels, rental cars, meals while waiting for a new flight as well as lost fees for events and hotels where passengers could not get to their destinations and in some cases emotional distress claims. Tickets must have been purchased prior to December 29, 2022.
